Sirloins are lean, but flavorful steaks. They are ideal for cubing to be used in kabobs or cutting in long strips (across the grain) for tacos or stir fry. They are a favorite steak of many. If grilling, we recommend marinating in an acidic marinade for several hours and when serving, slice thinly across the grain to making a beautiful presentation. We offer these steaks uncut so you can divide them into several individual "fillets" of whatever size you want, or pre-cut into 8-12 oz individual servings.
